Anti-Spam and Email Acceptable Use Policy
Blink Voice Inc.
Last updated: 08/21/26
1. Scope
This policy governs all email sent by Blink Voice Inc., its brands including BlinkSoft, its employees and contractors, and any third party sending email on its behalf. It applies to every domain the company operates, including blinksoft.ai and blinkvoice.com.
2. No unsolicited commercial email
Blink Voice does not advertise its websites, products, or services through unsolicited commercial email. We do not send bulk or templated commercial email to recipients who have not either requested contact from us or entered into an existing business relationship with us.
3. Consent
Marketing email is sent only to recipients who have given affirmative consent, or with whom the company has a current business relationship. Purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise third-party-sourced address lists are prohibited. Records of recipient consent are retained.
4. Prohibited practices
The following are prohibited for all senders covered by this policy:
• Sending commercial email to recipients who have not opted in
• Falsifying headers, sender identity, or thread context — including applying Re: or Fwd: subject prefixes, or In-Reply-To and References headers, to messages that are not genuine replies or forwards
• Concealed tracking, including hidden or zero-size tracking images
• Distributing sending volume across multiple mailboxes, domains, or addresses in order to evade volume limits or reputation monitoring
• Automated or templated sending from individual staff mailboxes without written authorization from the company
• Any use of purchased or third-party lead lists
5. Unsubscribe
Every commercial message we send includes a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days and are permanent. Recipients may also unsubscribe at any time by writing to abuse@blinksoft.ai.
6. Third parties and affiliates
Blink Voice operates no affiliate or referral program. Any vendor, contractor, or agency sending email that references our domains is contractually bound by this policy. Violation terminates the engagement.
7. Enforcement
Sending tools must be approved in writing before use. Violations by employees are handled as a disciplinary matter. The company monitors outbound volume and bounce rates and investigates anomalies.
8. Abuse reports
Reports of email violating this policy may be sent to abuse@blinksoft.ai. We respond to blocklist operators, mailbox providers, and abuse desks, and we investigate every report we receive.
